Japan’s H3 Rocket Launch Fails After Second-Stage Issue

Japan’s new H3 Rocket failed to launch last Tuesday due to difficulties with the second-stage engine.

After separation, the signal confirming ignition of the second-stage was never received, and resulted in the commanded abort and destruction of the rocket.
